This 2012 Monterey 400 Sport Yacht is clean, well maintained, and powered by the preferred Volvo IPS 500 system with only 500 hours. The generator has 705 hours and easily runs the full interior and cockpit air conditioning, making the boat comfortable in any weather.
The layout is one of the highlights of this model. The salon feels open and bright with a large seating area, plenty of storage, and a fully equipped galley that includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, and good counter space for longer trips. Forward is the private master stateroom with an island berth, hanging lockers, and its own access to the forward head with separate shower. Aft, the guest cabin can be arranged as a queen berth or two individual berths depending on how you want to use the space. This cabin also has its own head, giving guests their own private area.
The cockpit is designed for relaxing and entertaining. You get wraparound seating, a wet bar, an outdoor refrigerator, and great lighting throughout the hard top. One of the best features is that the entire cockpit is air conditioned, creating a very comfortable outdoor living area even during hot Florida days. The wide swim platform makes boarding and water access easy and adds more usable space when you are anchored.
Joystick docking with the IPS drives makes the boat extremely easy to handle, even for new operators. The engines run smoothly, the boat shows very well, and it is fully turn key for its next owner.
