Like all Whalers, the 345 is built to fish. Her large cockpit comes equipped with two in-deck macerated fish boxes, 40-gallon transom livewell, bait prep center with sink, and a sturdy fold-down rear bench seat. There’s also a refrigerator/freezer in the cockpit, and a hot/cold shower is standard. A hatch in the cockpit sole provides easy access to the boat’s mechanical systems. Below decks, the Conquest is clearly meant for long-range comfort. A centerline island berth is forward, and U-shaped seating under the helm deck quickly converts to another double. The entire cabin is trimmed in teak; overall, the boat can sleep five people comfortably.
