Description
This 2009 Sea Ray 44, “PAPPA G”, is a pampered & clean Sedan Bridge that is turn-key for her next owners.A three-owner vessel originally based at an inland marina on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida, she was delivered to her 2nd owners on the Gulf in Pensacola and has remained in the area since 2020. Preferred Cummins QSC500 turbo diesels @1280 hours with Shaft Drive (No Pods) and Bow Thruster for easy docking. Dark Cherry Interior with Mystic Black Counter Tops and additional Refrigeration located in place of Combo Washer / Dryer. The custom Fly-Bridge aft bimini top greatly improves over the factory standard. Maintenance, operation, and housekeeping are superb. Air Conditioned Fly Bridge, LED Lighting throughout, UW lights, and updated Electronics. Note the recent photos are a true representation of her cleanliness and appeal—maintenance Records on File, along with previous surveys.

General Layout and Features
A popular model considered by many to be a "Classic" by Sea Ray.
Note: custom fly-bridge aft section roof with a more horizontal configuration than the factory sloping isinglass, which creates a nice, wide open arrangement, complementing the U shape aft seating. The Bridge is air-conditioned by a dedicated unit. The bridge serves as a living area and features two bucket seats with a helm console that easily integrates electronics and controls.
Note frameless exterior windows, forward bow deck cushions, and easily accessed anchor windlass and rope locker. Sliding Door opens to a stunning salon, panoramic views, a luxuriously appointed dining area, stainless steel handrail, high gloss wood table top, and wood flooring. Mystic Black countertops, Cherry Interior option. Port side salon sofa converts to a berth, starboard side sofa with storage.
The galley is unobtrusive and convenient with a notable, elegant wood finish, extensive storage, a solid surface breakfast bar, and more. Note the pantry just forward of the galley at the companionway location.Two Stateroom / Two Head Layout.
Two large heads featuring molded fiberglass shower stalls, mirrored medicine cabinets, stainless steel accents, and solid surface countertops, storage, and vanities.
The Guest cabin is situated to port aft. Guests can choose twin beds or employ the provided filler cushions for a king-size bed. Forward stateroom features a full-size bed on centerline, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and an ideally located flat screen TV.
Galley
The owners decided to remove the Combo washer/dryer unit located below the salon galley steps and added a refrigerator (see photos).
Note: Washer/Dryer unit could be easily re-installed.
