Description
The Mulder 70 Wheelhouse is a spacious and very comfortable motor yacht built by the top of Dutch yacht building industry. It is a elegant and classic/modern lined yacht with a very high quality finishing. This Mulder 70 Wheelhouse is ideal for long trips on as well inland and open waters. The yacht was refitted in 2022-2023 where the following work were carried out: Hull sprayed in moonglow silver metallic with Awlgrip painting, superstructure sprayed white with Awlgrip painting, navigation equipment renewed for the Simrad brand, Victron inverter / battery charger renewed (8000W), new battery set (min. 10 batteries), dashboard completely reinstalled with new systems, garage painted inside, electrically operated pleated curtains in wheelhouse, wooden blinds placed in saloon, teak deck rubbed and sanded, 2 x stainless steel anchors + chains placed, Hydronautica engine controls and remote control, new suncover over aft deck with removable carbon poles, new Neptune mattresses, varnish paintwork interior. This Mulder 70 Wheelhouse is equipped with: Integrated bench on aft deck with matching cushions and cover, varnished teak table with cover, 4 x foldable doors to wheelhouse, spacious garage in aft ship for a dinghy (not included) and materials/tools, removable side stairs, Opacmare gangway, deck wash pump, 5-blade propellers, large sunroof in wheelhouse, TV in saloon/wheelhouse/cabins, Böse audio system, Siemens dishwasher, large storage hatch in kitchen for storage stock and location of the freezer, mosquito screens and stainless steel blinds for portholes, utility room on SB side in aft ship with Miele washing machine and Miele dryer also entry to engine room, removable sunscreens around wheelhouse and saloon windows, cushions on foredeck for sun bed. Clearance height with radar bracket up at approx. 6,70m and with (hydraulic) folded mast down approx. 5,15m. Engine maintenance carried out in 2023 by PON Caterpillar. Maximum speed is approx. 12 knots depending on conditions.
