Description
The company Parking du Pin offers for sale a magnificent Mira 37 from 2009, equipped with two Volvo Penta D4 engines of 260 hp (450 h), in excellent condition.
The engines show few hours of navigation. Their maintenance, as well as the antifouling, is carried out every year by our technical team, with invoices to support.
The boat is arranged as follows:
At the back, a beautiful teak beach with a hydraulic gangway provides access to a pleasant dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. This space transforms into a large sunbathing area or outdoor sleeping area. An equipped outdoor kitchen (sink, gas stove, and refrigerator) completes the cockpit. Two cushioned seats equip the helm station.
The side walkways as well as access through the windshield lead to a spacious sunbathing area at the front.
Inside, you will find a spacious and friendly living/dining area, convertible into additional sleeping space, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave, and plenty of storage).
The boat also has two independent cabins, including one master, and two bathrooms (shower, sink unit, and toilet).
The general upholstery of the boat is in very good condition, as is the sunshade that effectively protects the outdoor cockpit.
Numerous storage spaces, both inside and outside, are available on board. An electric hatch allows easy access to the engine compartment.
