Description
Constructed by a Maltese company in 2009, this lovely 'floating house' is one of just ten of its kind. Originally designed to peruse the most famous Venice lagoon in Europe, the vessel made its way to Cheshire's beautiful River Dee. Ideal for the Lake District, or perhaps the River Thames.

HISTORY OF THE VESSEL:
2009
Designed and built in Malta. Transported to Venice for the Venetian 'sail around the island' tourism market.
Clients lived on board in a Venice Marina for 1, 3, 4 or 7 nights, and escorted around the islands by a day skipper.
2019
Transported on a low loader from Venice to Chester by road and ferries, by the current owner.
2023
Serviced out-of-water. Hull cleaned and anti-fouled.
2025
Lifted out for hull inspection, thin plating discovered hence current asking price
