The Mulder 73 “Float” is a tasteful crossover between the classic lines for which Mulder Shipyards is renowned, but underneath it is an aluminium, fast-sailing, richly equipped yacht with ultimate ease of use. High-quality materials and upholstery have been used.  There is also a guest cabin with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 guest cabin with 2 bunk beds and 1 guest cabin with 2 single beds as a half-overlapping bunk bed. Miele washing machine, Miele dryer, spacious tender garage with hydraulically operated transom, garage suitable for tenders up to 3.60 m, Maxilift tender crane. The Mulder 73 Wheelhouse is equipped with new screens, new upholstery, high-quality, deep-pile carpet throughout the yacht, leather skirting throughout the yacht, the helm seat has been refurbished, new authentic marble tops with bevelled edges, new speakers including 2 x bass boxes, new WiFi throughout the yacht, TV via internet, new Neptune mattresses, new drinking water pump, antifouling (May 2025), new double (white) Kahlenberg air horn, new lighting in construction (2025), underwater lighting, Yachtcontroll remote control, new CVO inspection. Complete maintenance of engines and engine mounts has been carried out (2025), new batteries (2025), new exterior upholstery. The woodwork has been treated with epoxy varnish, the teak deck has been re-rubberised, air horn compressor, Baudoin Ocean Wash System including carbon poles and accessories.
