Description

The HT HOOK is an exceptional 72’ Merritt Sportfish that blends performance, comfort , and style. With a 4-stateroom, 3-head layout, she comfortably accommodates 7 guest making her perfect for extended trips with family and friends.

In 2019, HT HOOK underwent a major refit at Merritt’s including new soft goods, upgraded countertops and modern Miele appliances. The installation of two Seakeeper 9’s provides maximum comfort both at rest and underway. A Furuno CHS-8LM2 Omni Sonar was installed and the 3,000 hour engine service was completed.

HT HOOK is powered with 1800 HP Caterpillar C32 Acert engines and has always been maintained under a open checkbook program. The most recent 1,000 hour service was completed in February 2025 and at this time both port and starboard exhaust risers were replaced by D’Angelos ensuring reliable service for years to come.

In August of 2024, HT HOOK received full replacement of the teak deck and covering boards, skillfully crafted by Southern Craftsman, enhancing both her durability and classic appeal.

From her powerful performance to her luxurious accommodations and proven maintenance history, the HT HOOK is turn key and ready for her next adventure.
