The 2007 Carver 42 Super Sport is a versatile flybridge motor yacht that combines spacious accommodations with advanced handling technology, making it a popular choice for both cruising and entertaining. This boat has the extended Flybridge option that has full "second floor" of space. Aloha Ke Akua has a two bedroom, two bath layout friendly for SoCal. The owners of this boat are the type you want to buy from. They have taken excellent care of the boat. Both Volvo Penta IPS 500 pods were replaced in 2019 with second generation IPS-B drives (see description section on Gen 1 vs. Gen 2). There is custom furniture on the extended flybridge to make a very comfortable entertaining platform. New canvas was added in 2024 to enclose the entire flybridge. Down below is a very spacious salon with room to spare. A full galley with all the amenities completes the salon.

Volvo Penta IPS 500 Pod Drives
The Volvo Penta IPS 500 Pods drives were replaced with second generation IPS-B pods by Kozwell Boatworks in 2019.
Pre 2009 Gen 1 IPS drives were fitted with a Bronze seal that when used in Saltwater were prone to failure. The Gen 2 Pods have replaced the seal with Stainless Steel. The pods in this boat are Gen 2 stainless steel.

Accommodations
The top deck flybridge is the extended model with a complete "second floor" of space. Custom furniture has dining for 8. The helm seats are double with a bench behind. There is a wet bar and refrigerator on the flybridge. Going below is a large aft cockpit. The main salon is huge with over 6-4 headroom. custom furniture has a long settee that makes into a queen bed. Table dining is mid cabin. Moving forward there is full galley with full size fridge/freezer. Forward are two cabins with two heads. The master cabin has separate head and shower compartments.
Under the galley is a "cellar" utility room with washer/dryer and huge storage space.
