2006 Monterey CR270, second owner, in excellent condition.
The boat has been used only one month a year, while for the rest of the time it has always been kept covered in the yard.
It is currently located in Costa Smeralda, visible on land at a boatyard.
It will be delivered serviced and ready for navigation.
The boat is in great condition both inside and out, with well-maintained interiors, tidy cushions, and no urgent work to be done.
The layout is welcoming and functional; at the bow, the dinette converts into a double bed, in the center there is a kitchen equipped with a sink, stove, and refrigerator, alongside a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower.
At the stern, under the cockpit, there is a transverse double berth for two guests.
The interiors are well-finished, bright, and ventilated, ideal for short cruises.
Outside, the cockpit offers ample seating with a table, a sunbathing area at the stern, an ergonomic driver's seat, and comfortable passages to the bow, where there is another sunbathing area.
The swim platform at the stern is spacious and equipped with a stainless steel ladder for easy access to the sea.
