-----PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS ONLY----- Sleeps up to (6) owners and guests in two double staterooms plus a double convertible salon settee; two enclosed heads with separate stall showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD CABIN, offering a double berth that quickly converts to a DINETTE - with seating and a table - for extra daytime space - nice! FORWARD / DAY HEAD with stall shower follows aft to starboard.

GALLEY is forward to port and is part of the amazingly spacious MAIN CABIN, offering tiered windows to maximize natural light and views! Up and aft lands in the light and bright SALON, with seating at either side; built-in storage and flat screen TV. FULL-WIDTH AFT CABIN follows, offering walk-around island berth; large transom hatch/window; and private ENSUITE AFT HEAD with stall shower.

Above the aft cabin is the versatile AFTER DECK with hardtop and full enclosure for all-weather use. Molded in stair steps access the SWIMSTEP aft, either of the SIDE DECKS forward, and the spacious FLYBRIDGE topsides. Command helm, is forward to starboard followed by the wet bar with sink and beverage fridge. NOTE the Bimini top with full enclosure and ample guest seating - everyone loves the views from this bridge! 

INTERIOR is in very clean condition, featuring high gloss cherrywood cabinetry, Karadon solid-surface countertops, teak and holly galley sole, and upholstery plus carpeting in warm neutral tones throughout. CLIMATE CONTROL is via reverse-cycle heat and air conditioning system. HEADS are Vacuflush and plumbed to holding tank with pumpout valve.

Galley & Domestic

Well arranged GALLEY offers full features and equipment, including under counter Nova Kool refrigerator and freezer; Origo 2-burner electric galley stove; Tappan microwave oven; stainless steel galley sink with cover; hot/cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater; dockside water hook-up; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage for wares and stores. ALSO NOTE: bar fridge on the top deck.

Deck & Hull

DECKS are easy care fiberglass with molded-in non-skid; stainless safety rails; aft deck hardtop; radar mast; international navigation lights; courtesy deck lighting; deck washdown; fenders & lines. CANVAS package includes Bimini flybridge top with full clear enclosure, plus full clear enclosure for the aft deck - with 2025 new aft panel.

GROUND TACKLE includes main anchor with chain/rode; and electric anchor windlass at the foredeck. TENDER is a 10' Bullfrog hard tube with Tohatsu 20-hp outboard and snap davits at the transom for easy launch / retrieval / storage.

Mechanical Equipment

ENGINES are Cummins Diamond Series diesels with approximately 829 original hours. Freshwater cooling; fuel filters; CONTROL STATION at the bridge command helm; BOW AND STERN THRUSTERS with handy remote control; auto/manual bilge pumps.

2025 upgrades include new seacocks and dripless shaft seals; PROP tune and balance; bow thruster props and battery; full engine service and bottom paint.
