This neat, well-maintained Linssen Grand Sturdy Variotop Mark II features an anthracite metallic hull and an ivory-colored superstructure.

The current owner had a complete refit done in 2018, during which both the hull and the superstructure were re-conserved and repainted. All navigation equipment was also renewed at that time. The ship is thus suitable for a large sailing area. The complete navigation is now equipped with Raymarine instruments. Additionally, a radar and AIS have been installed.

With the variotop, you can sail in all weather conditions. The complete, spacious layout makes you feel at home quickly.

The ship is further equipped with much comfort, such as nice sofas and chairs, finished in beige leather. These furnishings were reupholstered in 2018. The combination of materials gives the interior a spacious and luxurious appearance. Using the hydronautica remote control, the engines and bow thruster can be easily operated from a distance; combined with the midship cleat, this ship can be easily maneuvered solo and docked easily in ports and locks. The radar mast is hydraulically operated to facilitate passage. In 2024, new antifouling will be applied.

The owner has extensive documentation regarding the maintenance performed, modifications, and various legal documents. A recent inspection report is also available for review.
