Sleeps up to (6) owners and guests in three double staterooms; two enclosed heads with showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD VIP GUEST STATEROOM, offering a queen berth on centerline and walk-in closet; following is the GUEST / DAY HEAD with shower next aft to port; and GUEST BUNK STATEROOM opposite to starboard with twin single berths.

Next aft and up lands in the MAIN CABIN with raised DINETTE table with booth seating set forward to starboard and L-shaped salon Flexsteel settee with dual recliners opposite. Sunny UP GALLEY is aft to starboard. Aft to port is companionway to the AFT MASTER CABIN - a suite with island queen berth, private head and jacuzzi tub plus shower.

AFT DECK and BRIDGE are above with helm set forward to starboard with double bench helm & companion seats. Aft deck hard top and clear enclosure expands your on-board living and entertaining spaces.

INTERIOR is modern and clean throughout; CLIMATE CONTROL is via Cruise Air reverse cycle heat and air conditioning plus Webasto diesel furnace system and Heater Craft heater underway. ENTERTAINMENT electronics include 32-inch flat screen salon TV with surround sound and Fusion Bluetooth stereo with Bose speakers.

Galley & Domestic

Light and bright GALLEY offers full equipment and features, including Euro / Kera Princess induction stove top with oven; Tappan microwave oven; upright Tundra refrigerator with freezer; Black and Decker Space Maker coffee maker; dual stainless steel galley sinks; and lots of galley storage.

ALSO NOTE: On-deck wetbar with sink and Uline refrigerator with icemaker; central vac system. HEADS are Techma electric.

Remarks

"The 455’s tiered cabin windows and restyled hardtop add much to her rakish personality. Belowdecks, the three-stateroom cherrywood interior is a departure from most aft-cabin floorplans in that the salon, galley and dinette are all on the same level... Helm visibility is excellent, and the side decks are wide enough for secure access to the foredeck. A well-built yacht, twin 480hp Volvo diesels cruise the Cruisers 445 Express in the low 20s and reach a top speed just under 30 knots."
