Description
SANCTUARY is a very nice example of the Tiara 3600 Open. She is equipped with the preferred twin 380 hp Cummins Diesel engine option with a low 1415 hours, and a Westerbeke Generator with 645 hours. She is a great running yacht. She features an excellent Navigation Electronics configuration. Her interior has rarely been slept in and it is flawless showing like a new yacht.
The Tiara 3600 Open is designed to satisfy both cruisers and anglers alike with a functional 70 square foot cockpit and a comfortable well appointed cabin. She rides on a modified Deep-V hull with a sharp entry, 18º Deadrise at transom, a solid fiberglass bottom, and a wide beam. The cockpit features aft facing seats, a built-in Live Bait Well, in-deck Fish Boxes and an overbuilt transom door. The helm deck has an L-shaped portside lounge with a cocktail table and a wet bar to starboard. The helm console can be tilted back for easy access to wiring and navigation electronic equipment.
Below deck, the luxurious interior is a blend of solid wood Teak and Holly floors, flawless teak joinery, UltraLeather Upholstery, and stainless steel hardware. The U-shaped dinette converts into a double berth and the backrest flips up to create a Pullman berth. A sliding door provides real privacy in the forward owners stateroom.

Broker's comment
Both the cockpit upholstery and Isinglass are due to be updated on SANCTUARY. Particularly, the aft facing seats and the cockpit coming pads as well as the Isinglass area between the windshield and the hard top. The helm and dinette seats in the upper helm area are serviceable. The yacht is otherwise in very nice shape. Her exterior gelcoat shines, her interior is flawless, her navigation electronics are fully functional. This is a nice yacht that runs great! A health condition is forcing the sale of the yacht.
