Hot Water Heater Repair: Replaced original tank, hoses and fittings with new ( 30 gallon ) tank.
Hot Water Heating System: Serviced hot water heating heat exchanger by removing rust, cleaning, prepping and painting coolant hose and fittings
Lazzerette Deep Freezer: Removed aging hatch plates under deep freezer. Pattern, cut and fit 3/4"
Corian replacement plates. Re-install freezer and secure with new fittings.
Lazzerette Bilge Pump: Remove defective bilge pump and replace with new
Trim Tab Motor: Remove defective starboard trim tab motor. Replace with new motor and new relay
Battery Charger: Output studs showed signs of corrosion. Cleaned studs and applied corrosion inhibiter
Lazzerette Bilge: Cleaned and detailed
Furuno Electronics: Inspect electronics. Check all plugs, wire connections, and fuses. Test all components and prove operational.
HVAC system: Entire HVAC system was inspected and serviced be a certified service center.
Vessel Walkthough
Board via the teak laid swim platform thru transom door. Continue forward across the teak cockpit sole to the highly polished Stainless Steel custom salon doors. Upon entering the salon, to port an L shaped sofa covered in opulent designer fabric and fronted by a custom cherrywood high low table. Across to starboard and forward is a cabinet with entertainment equipment, including a 42" pop up TV.
Continuing forward thru the salon and up two steps is the main deck area which features a U shape galley to port and a raised dinette with settee to starboard. Further forward is the center line lower helm station with excellent visibility. There are port and starboard doors in the pilothouse that afford easy access for fender deployment and line handling.
The lower level which is devoted to sleeping and bathing is accessed via a curved stairway located to the starboard side of the pilothouse. Below decks you will find the full beam master with ensuite head aft and midship. The guest cabin with twin bunks forward and to port, a guest head across the companionway to starboard. The VIP cabin is all the way forward.
The flybridge and boat deck can be reached either by the inside stairs located aft of the dinette or via the port side steps located in the cockpit.
