Description
"SEA SPIRIT" IS A LOW HOUR, LIGHTLY USED, WELL EQUIPPED & MAINTAINED EXAMPLE OF THE POPULAR 57 VOYAGER PILOTHOUSE MOTOR YACHT BY CARVER.
"SEA SPIRIT" is powered by the upgraded & optional twin Volvo D12 715HP fresh water cooled diesels with less than 500 hours. In 2019 her previous owners upgraded the exhaust systems on both engines to include custom polished SS risers & mixing elbows from Marine Exhaust Systems as well as two new turbos. Both engines also had the heat exchangers, after coolers, oil & gear coolers cleaned, new zincs installed, as well as new Volvo long life coolant added. Both main engines had recent annual services including oil & filters, all fuel filters, new air filters, & crank case breather filters. The transmission oil and filters were also changed on both mains, in addition to new raw water pumps on both main engines. The generator received a full service as well, to include a new belt, new raw water pump, fuel filters, & air filter replaced.
"SEA SPIRIT" is very well quipped with the all the right options, she boasts a factory Hard Top, Davit for a tender on the aft bridge deck, twin 50 amp shore power service, Kohler generator in a sound enclosure, NEW(2024)Bow & Stern Thrusters, neutral cabin appointments, windlass anchor with remote foot pedals on the bow, Bow Sun Pads w/custom retractable back rests, bridge wet bar with electric grill, fridge, & freezer. Her current owners have spent painstaking time and effort to upgrade her throughout, with well over $100K of improvements!! It blends superior structural integrity with exquisite style and comfort. And with its remarkable fuel capacity, the 570 is able to cruise farther than other yachts in its class. The roomy flybridge offers generous seating, including two doublewide lounges and a wraparound portside lounge that seats seven. There's also a full wetbar with available icemaker and refrigerator, available Jenn-Air grill, captain's chair, beautifully designed control console, and afterdeck storage for a dinghy up to 10 feet long. The large 70-square-foot cockpit provides overhead sun and weather protection, plus convenient side deck stairways and a sliding glass door leading to the cabin. The 570's super-spacious salon offers the ultimate in living space, with extra-large, frameless windows to let in plenty of light. Elegant furnishings provide comfort. Three staterooms offer superb sleeping accommodations and the exquisite high-gloss cherry wood bulkheads, cabinetry and trim provide an elegant flair. With a spectacular pilothouse that includes comfortable UltraLeather seating, owners will be able to cruise through all kinds of conditions with guests by their side. For convenience, there's an inside companionway and door leading from pilothouse to bridge, and a handy sliding starboard access door.
