Nippy is a Beneteau Antares 760 aft cockpit, semi planning, diesel powered fishing/cruising boat. Built late 2003 She was delivered and launched in 2004 Â hull number 543
Designed by Andre Beneteau and built by Chantiers Beneteau. A proven design with over 850 built, well known for their good sea keeping abilities, the Antares 760 is a rugged, good looking diesel cruiser. Capable of up to 22 knots, practical features include her stable hull form and dry ride with a large draining cockpit, stern gate and wide side decks.Â
Internally the boat has a large "V" double berth forward, a separate toilet compartment and light airy saloon with helm station and galley.
Nippy is a good example with full aft cockpit canopy enclosure making her ideal for getting away regardess of the conditions. Her hot water and heating make for comfortable accomodation, and the galley provides for simple catering whilst on the hook.
Anchoring is made easier by the electric windlass, operated from the helm. Manouvering is also simple courtesy of her bow thruster, making her the ideal weekend boat.Â
The carpets were replaced in 2015 giving her look young and fresh. Her blue hull sets her off nicely.
If fishing is more your thing, there are rod holders each side, a wide space in the aft cockpit to move about it and even a spot lamp up front to spot the big fish.
The Nanni in board diesel has been well maintained with a good service history and she comes with a good supply of spares.
