Description
The Holterman Kotter 46 “Alegria” is an impressive, robustly built motor yacht from the renowned Holterman Shipyard. This ship from 2000 is known for its durable construction quality, comfortable living space, and excellent sailing characteristics — thanks in part to the hydraulic stabilizers that ensure calmness and security, even on larger waters.
Technically, the Alegria is particularly complete and carefully updated. The reliable Perkins diesel engine (185 hp) has approximately 1,550 running hours and is supported by hydraulic bow and stern thrusters and a Kohler 13.5 kVA generator. The electrical installation has recently been renewed with a Victron Multiplus combi (2024) and new AGM batteries (2024). Additionally, a new Kabola heating system will be installed in 2025, making the ship fully ready for comfortable sailing in all seasons.
The interior exudes classic elegance: solid teak wood with ash trim, a spacious and bright salon, a well-equipped kitchen with Siemens combination microwave, two spacious cabins, and three wet cells, each equipped with an electric toilet and shower cabin. With a standing height of approximately 2 meters and double glazing, the interior offers an exceptionally pleasant stay on board.
The Alegria is also in excellent condition outside. The hull was professionally painted in 2019 with 2-component paint, the teak decks have been partially renewed and rubberized (2024), the engine room received a new floor (2025), and the antifouling is from 2024. Practical features such as a hydraulic folding mast, stainless steel davits, and a bimini make the ship both functional and stylish.
