Description
Lady Anne was originally contracted as a semi-custom build at the Grand Banks Yard in Singapore in 1997 and includes a long list of features that make her ideal for long distance cruising. Every piece of equipment that went into her construction was scrutinized by her owner and superior quality was chosen every time.
Unlike most GB 52 Heritage Europas, Lady Anne is a true pilothouse design with a full bulkhead separating her lower helm from the Salon and Galley. Her spacious pilothouse contains guest seating and comprehensive navigational electronics, making her well-suited for around-the-clock piloting during long coastal passages.
Lady Anne was engineered with simple, robust systems designed for long-distance cruising while requiring minimal maintenance. One example is her 500-gallon water tank, nearly double the capacity of a typical cruising 50-foot motoryacht. Her 1,200-gallon fuel tank and economical CAT 3208NA engines will deliver you to destinations far afield, without worry about refueling. You will also appreciate the full standing headroom once insde the engine room.
Inside, the accommodation features three well-appointed cabins and two heads, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. The electric windlass adds convenience for anchoring, while the overall design reflects a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Lady Anne has been well maintained and is currently available at our docks in Bellingham.
