ACCOMMODATION
AFT DECK VERANDA
The aft deck is a popular space aboard ESCAPE. A beautifully designed, fully climate-controlled veranda ideal for relaxing or entertaining in any weather. Comfort is ensured with air conditioning, heating, and eight overhead radiant heaters managed by three thermostats. A large U-shaped settee seats up to ten guests in comfort, complemented by side chairs and two hi-lo tables for dining or lounging. The space opens easily to fresh air through four aft windows, two large sliding side windows, and two wing doors with lowering glass panels, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Additional features include a heated coat locker, U-Line refrigerator, storage cabinetry, elegant teak flooring, and double stainless-steel framed doors leading forward into the salon. A stairwell to the upper boat deck connects this inviting area to the rest of the yacht, making it both functional and luxurious.
SALON
Impressive high width and volume - Entered through double stainless-steel doors from the aft deck, the salon offers a bright and functional living space with excellent visibility through six large windows (two opening for ventilation). To port is a curved stairwell to the staterooms and a hanging locker, while to starboard a full-height locker houses the audio/visual systems. Furnishings include a full-size sofa, four lounge chairs, three end tables, a coffee table, and a card table with four chairs. The forward bulkhead features custom cabinetry and bookshelves with a hi-lo TV integrated in the center cabinet.
DEN OFFICE AREA
Located on the main deck between the salon and galley, the den serves as a versatile lounge and social space. To starboard is a two-person card table, while to port are two large lounge chairs with ottomans, a coffee table, desk area with bookshelves, TV cabinet, and a fully equipped wet bar. The wet bar includes a sink, Scotsman icemaker, Scotsman refrigerator, liquor storage, and a soft drink dispenser. Forward of the den, a companionway connects the port and starboard side entry doors, leading to the galley, main deck day head, and stairwell to the pilothouse.
DINING ROOM
Positioned forward of the galley, the dining room is accessible from the main companionway (starboard) and directly from the galley (port). The dining table features a removable leaf, expanding seating capacity from six to eight guests. Ample granite counter space with storage above and below accommodates multiple sets of stemware and dinnerware. Opening windows to port and starboard provide natural light and ventilation.
UPPER CABIN AND PILOTHOUSE
The pilothouse features port and starboard side doors, a black leather helm seat, teak and holly flooring, and a raised settee with pull-out footrests. Ample storage cabinets and drawers provide practical functionality for extended cruising. Aft of the pilothouse, a companionway leads to the boat deck and includes a bureau of drawers, chart storage, a day head, small desk area, and additional cabinetry. The upper cabin, accessed from this companionway, offers a double berth, desk, large hanging locker, dresser drawers, and an ensuite head with shower. This versatile cabin serves multiple purposes and can be used as a comfortable guest cabin or as the captain’s cabin, depending on operational needs.
GUEST ACCOMODATION
Two identical guest staterooms, each with ensuite heads, feature twin single berths separated by a nightstand, large double-door hanging locker, seven-drawer dresser, mirrored door, and stall shower with separate toilet room. A companionway forward includes two linen closets, a storage closet, and an open landing at the base of the stairwell, leading through double doors into the master stateroom.
The master staterooms located amidships for total comfort are incredibly quiet and vibration free even if not located far from the engine room). They are designed for flexibility, with a hide-away centreline partition allowing conversion into two private single cabins. It includes two full heads, one with a stall shower (and steam system), the other with a jetted tub along with large walk-in lockers, ample drawer storage, 2x safe and wood blinds on the windows. All ensuite heads are equipped with heated towel racks for added comfort.
CREW AREA
Accessed via a stairwell between the galley and dining room, the crew area is exceptionally spacious for a yacht of this size, featuring a crew galley, dinette, laundry room, and three crew staterooms, each with ensuite heads. The crew galley includes a stainless-steel counter and sink with disposal, Insta-Hot dispenser, Miele stove, Samsung refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Breville microwave, and water fountain. The adjacent U-shaped dinette provides ample seating with under-seat storage. The laundry room is equipped with side-by-side washer and dryer (2025) and a large double-door RTF stainless-steel freezer. To starboard, the captain’s cabin offers a double berth and private head, while two forward crew cabins feature bunk berths and ensuite heads. The stairway lifts to reveal a large storage compartment with an additional freezer, maximizing functionality for extended voyages.
UPPER DECK
The boat deck is equipped with a Marquipt 5,000 lb. centreline davit capable of handling large tenders and toys (up to 30 ft). Additional features include a (50+ gal) gas tank for tender refuelling, two storage boxes, and a trash storage box. The deck also provides tie-downs, a two-person settee, a storage cabinet with treadmill, and full walk-around access leading forward to the Portuguese bridge with port and starboard wing stations. An aft stairwell with hatch provides direct access to the main deck.
