Very good boat, she is kept in a covered slip and away from the sun in fresh water and has a fully enclosed bimini for the aft deck and cockpit area. She has been a freshwater boat her whole life. 
After previewing this vessel, it was noted that her gel coat was in excellent condition, all the upholstery is in good condition with no tearing, decks are clean with no stains. Interior is clean with no smells and no evidence of window leaks in the hatches. HVAC system works well.
The Engine room is clean and well kept, as well as the bilges. There was no evidence of water intrusion or oil or fuel spills in the bilges. This vessel comes equipped with a Sea-Fire automatic Fire extinguisher system in the engine room (Certified 02/2024).

Designed for comfort, this boat features a spacious interior with a queen-sized berth and a fully equipped galley. The galley includes a fresh water sink, refrigerator, and a cooking area, providing all the essentials for extended trips. The enclosed head features a VacuFlush system, a 28-gallon holding tank, and a separate shower with a 6-gallon water heater for added convenience.

The boat also boasts air conditioning both inside the cabin and on the aft deck, ensuring comfort in all conditions. The fully enclosable Bimini allows for year-round use and provides shade on hot days, while the clear Isinglass ensures good visibility with no signs of glazing.

Deck & Maneuverability:

The aft deck is wide and welcoming, offering ample seating at the helm and around the deck for relaxation. Two wash-down stations make it easy to clean up after a day of fun, while an outdoor icebox keeps refreshments cool. The boat also features an easy-to-access swim platform and bow, perfect for relaxation or water activities.

Anchoring is made simple with the electric windlass and foot pedals and a Danforth Style Anchor, while the boat's large and open bow deck provides a comfortable space to lounge or enjoy the view. The gel coat is in excellent condition, with no visible hairline cracks, and the boat's overall exterior shows pride of ownership.
