Description
"Sarona II" is a very well equipped 1994 Tollycraft 45 CPMY that is new to the Pacific Northwest market. "Sarona II" has been shed kept by the previous 2 owners and she shows in exceptional condition. "Sarona II" is priced accordingly at $290,000 and is available for immediate delivery. Sarona II is the most desireable two stateroom two head layout with a large main salon. Sleeps 6 in total including the main salon berths. Aft is an island queen bed and equipped with a full galley and upgraded Princess gas stove with ovem. There is great counter space and storage cupboards and good access to stand up refrigeration.
Aft cockpit and swim grid provides easy on/off access to the covered aft deck and provides all year round boating enjoyment for the entire family.
Main engines are twin Caterpillar 3208 T/A 375 hp's with 2355 hours. An Onan 8 KW genset with 900 +/- hours is located in the aft lazarette. The engine room condition is in immaculate condition and both engines are very well maintained by a knowledgeable owner.

Sarona II benefits from several significant upgrades that enhance reliability, comfort, and cruising capability. The boat is equipped with upgraded 90-amp alternators paired with Wakespeed regulators, supporting a robust electrical system that includes AGM start batteries and a large FLA house bank totaling approximately 660Ah, all less than two years old. Ground tackle is excellent, featuring a 35 kg Vulcan anchor with all-chain rode, ideal for secure anchoring throughout the Pacific Northwest. Electronics have been comprehensively modernized with Simrad systems at both helm stations, including a 16” display on the flybridge, 12” display at the lower helm, Simrad open-array radar, autopilot, and a Maretron weather station.
Accommodations
Large aft cabin with Island Queen berth and an enclosed head with vacuflush and seperate shower. The Main salon is upgraded with new carpeting. Lower galley forward with excellent storage and counter space incudes an updated Dickenson Mediterranean propane stove and oven (Seperate propane locker installed) The Forward V berth with insert and attached head with vacuflush and shower.
