Description
Boat is in great condition for its age. For 15 years it was a dock queen. The boat is perfect for Catalina/family/fishing, it has been well maintained and upkeep. There are a few things that I have not got to, but would be happy to share with you. The Boat has served our family well but as our kids are graduating, it's time to downsize. Please feel free to ask questions. I'll be happy to show you the boat and take her out
The skiff on the back is not included with a boat. Willing to accept offers. Jeff

New canvas and glass around flybridge. Fresh bottom paint. Many new components as engines and drivetrain has been upgraded and maintained

New starboard engine and transmission. batteries have all been replaced in the last year

Stove, microwave refrigerator built-in bar. Everything is in proper working condition
Deck and Hull Equipment
External Live well bait bag that mounts on swim step and water pump

New anchor chain rope and winless. All heat risers have been replaced. New paint and carpet in the cockpit. New canvas and glass on flybridge.
