Description
The Luhrs Tournament 300 is a robust and versatile sportfishing vessel designed for serious anglers and weekend cruisers alike. With its deep-V hull and solid fiberglass construction, this 30-foot boat delivers a stable, dry ride in offshore conditions, making it ideal for chasing big game fish or enjoying coastal adventures.
Twin fresh water cooled small block chevy engines with velvet drives create a reliable and powerful, well balanced combination. The cooling systems were just serviced 5 hrs ago including new manifolds. Some new gauges and hour meters were installed at the same time as cooling service. The engine hours are unknown due to inoperable hour meters at the time of purchase. The motors are reported to run well and will prove themselves on a sea trial.
The tuna tower with controls is a great vantage point while out spotting fish or cruising the islands. The full walk around makes fighting the big ones easy and when the fights over, the walk through transom makes dragging them onto the deck a breeze.
The electronics (radar and sounder) would be considered by most to be "outdated" and will need to be upgraded or repaired.
Former tackle store owner says all fishing gear and tackle including a line hauler, 10 hoop nets, and 2 brand new down riggers never installed all go with the boat. New isinglass enclosure with covers were just fabricated and installed.
