Grand Banks 42 Motoryacht

The Grand Banks 42 Motoryacht is a real Grand Banks in its sailing capacities and quality built construction. The 'Motoryacht' version is characterized by the aft cabin that extends over the full width of the ship. This results in a beautifully spacious 2-person owner's cabin, but also offers a large aft deck with open connection to the flybridge. The inside steering position and salon are accessible by a side door from the side deck on both the starboard and port side. The saloon is spacious with various seating options and a bar for breakfast or work. The galley is in open connection with the saloon. The front cabin has a 1 x 2 person V-bed and there is also an AEG washing and drying combination installed. The bathroom in the bow has its own toilet and shower facility. The owners cabin is located in the stern with a large freestanding double bed. There is room to move around the bed and there is plenty of cupboard space available. The toilet and shower are separated in their own cabin. Unique to this ship is the central heating system that spreads a pleasant warmth by several radiators throughout the ship without the noise of a fan. This Grand Banks 42 Motoryacht is equipped with: Bimini top, integrated benches on the flybridge with removeable cushions, TV in the salon, lockers on the aft deck, deck wash pump, sunshades for the front salon windows, cover over the steering position on the flybridge, insulated floor hatches for engine room access, clearance height with mast at approx. 8m, with folded mast approx. 5m, without bimini approx. 4.20m. At the end of 2023, major maintenance was carried out on both main engines and the generator. The following work was carried out: replace engine oil, filters, impellers, V-belts, valve cover gasket, transmission oil, 2 x cooling water pump renewed.
