AD DESCRIPTION 

X 452 OLD from 1989 has been refitted by the last owner in the years 2021/22 with aesthetic and technical interventions documented in the technical sheet. In 2024, the owner planned the restoration of the hull from osmosis until in 2025, for personal reasons, he could not complete the nearly finished work, which was budgeted and in progress. The X-452 produced by the X Yachts shipyard and designed by Niels Jeppesen is a Cruiser/Racing Cabin, rigged Sloop.

Introduced in 1987, it has established itself for its ability to combine comfort and performance, a characteristic that has always represented the hallmark of Niels Jeppesen's production. The X 452 is a sailing boat for those who love to sail, both in regattas and cruising around the world; fast, comfortable, and sensitive, with the assurance of quality that only an X Yacht can offer. Interior description: at the bow, an owner's cabin with a king-size bed, sofa, wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom, the other cabin with two bunk beds.

In the center, a spacious dinette with C-shaped alcantara sofas and a drop-leaf table opposite a settee against the wall and a watchman's bunk, a chart table opposite the C-shaped kitchen with 2 sinks, 3 burners, an oven, and a fridge. At the stern, a double master cabin and a bathroom with ample flooring. The 55 hp engine provides excellent averages. The X452 has been a model that gained great popularity in the Mediterranean.

20 units were built from 1987 to 1991, its sailing performance is at the top of the category and a trademark of the X-Yachts shipyard.
