Currently docked at Pier 6 in the Port of Newcastle Marina, this 1989 Wellcraft 3200 St. Tropez Express Cruiser is fully serviced and ready to go.
Note: Dockage Fee has been paid for the 2025 summer boating season (valued at $2,500 incl. HST) and the buyer may retain dockage service subject to obtaining Marina approval.
A recent marine survey (May 2025) values this boat at approximately $28,000 and a replacement value of approximately $600,000 for a new boat with similar features. Surveyor’s Comments: The attending Surveyor finds the above vessel absolutely suitable for her intended use and insurable to her fair market value. This vessel was initially well constructed and looks like it was well taken care of over the years. I found no structural or mechanical concerns as I inspected this vessel.
Boarding is conveniently facilitated via a walk thru transom door and swim platform and the aft cockpit has ample lounge seating. The cockpit has a full enclosure which maximizes onboard living space. The helm is nicely laid out for instruments and navigational electronics, which includes radar, chart plotter, VHF radio and more.
The cabin is spacious with 6’ 2” clearance and has a large dinette, full galley, sofa, stereo, a pedestal queen bed and the mattress/cushions are in good condition.
This is a great boat for day or weekend cruises, entertaining, or just enjoying it as a waterfront condo
