Galley

The galley area of Bubbles Up, located to starboard, offers a spacious and functional setup. It features a double sink, a three-burner stove, a microwave/convection oven, and a refrigerator. The galley is complemented by an elegant horseshoe-shaped dinette, which comfortably seats six people and can be converted into an additional double berth by lowering the table.

Notable features of the galley include Emerald Pearl granite countertops with a custom stainless-steel backsplash, deep dual stainless-steel sinks, and updated cushions and upholstery. The galley is equipped with a Princess three-burner propane stove, which is conveniently installed with a 20-pound tank on the dinghy deck, complete with a solenoid and safety switch. A large capacity 110V/12V refrigerator, a microwave/convection oven, and a Euro design mixer with a pull-out faucet head are also provided.

Furthermore, custom shelving is added on the starboard side over the cupboards for additional storage space. The galley is equipped with Bank1 and Bank2 engine battery selector switches with 30A breakers, neatly installed below the settee, ensuring reliable power management.

Powered by twin Cummins BT6 5.9-straight 6C diesel engines, each delivering 210 HP, this vessel ensures reliability, low maintenance costs, and ease of repair. The engines have been meticulously maintained at regular intervals and feature an Amsoil synthetic 15/40 conversion, dual oil filters for easy access, and a built-in electric oil change motor. The dual Graco pre-filtration fuel system and freshwater hot water bypass system enhance efficiency and convenience. Additional features include custom shaft collars, whale bilge pumps, and an automatic halon engine room fire extinguisher.
