OWL NEST is one of the original boats built by Hans Christian. A well maintained classic, she is designed for stability, comfort, and safety. This vessel has made two recent voyages to Marathon Beach, Florida Keys, from her home-port in Portsmouth Ma. Lovingly cared for, she is a well maintained, economic vessel motored with a John Deere Diesel - well known for its reliability. Her semi-displacement hull and hard chines provide a comfortable ride underway. The interior accommodations can comfortably sleep 5 with a master stateroom forward with a center-line queen birth, a double guest cabin to port and a single guestroom starboard. Owls Nest also comes equipped with washer and dryer, generator, and can hold 300 gallons of fresh water. The well equipped galley offers propane gas burners and oven.
