What is a HISTAR? HISTARS were yachts built in Taiwan from 1986 Until 1993. The HISTAR yards factories were among the most high tech yards in Taiwan at the time. Attention to detail was a hallmark of the HISTAR line. From color-coded wiring and plumbing, to the highest standards of teak joinery these yachts set a standard for the industry. The highest quality components; Main engines, generators and materials are evident throughout.
Modelsinclude 44 Convertible, 44' Sundeck, 48' Convertible, 48' Sundeck, 52' Sportfisher (rare), 52' Yachtfisher and 55' Yachfisher.
The listing broker for this fine yacht First became acquainted with these yachts around 1996. Since that time. He has brokered about a dozen of them from Delray Beach FL to Vancouver BC, Portland OR and Seattle WA.
