- Some of the forward deck enclosure fabric seams need to be sewn and buttons reinstalled.
- There is a gouge in the kitchen laminate flooring where something heavy was dropped by the previous owner.
- The rear deck coating has lost its outer, shiny layer.
- The floor of the cabinet, next to the washer/dryer got wet and warped sometime while the previous owner had the boat.
Her slip at Cherokee Marina is transferable with purchase.
