Beautiful classic De Ruiter Cruiser 12.50 Open Cockpit offered by an owner who has put a lot of love into the yacht. This De Ruiter Cruiser was built in 1979 in Hoogeveen by the renowned shipyard De Ruiter. The yacht is equipped with a powerful 6-cylinder Ford diesel engine that delivers 110 hp. In 2006, the diesel engine underwent a professional overhaul and has been professionally maintained annually by a ship mechanic. Due to the level connection between the salon and the cockpit (open cockpit), the yacht has a headroom of approximately 2.45 meters, allowing for a large sailing area. In recent years, significant investments have been made in the yacht, including the installation of a new boiler in 2018, a complete repainting of the hull in a 2k system in 2019, a complete repainting of the superstructure in a 2k system in 2020, and the exterior woodwork and cockpit varnished. In 2020, a new cockpit tent with a stainless steel frame (with screens and sunshade) was also installed, a new carpet was added inside in 2021, a new winter tent in 2022, and the gas installation of the yacht is inspected every three years.
