Description
"Mercy's Vessel" is ready for service as she is or could be easily adapted to other uses.
This vessel has been used as a clinical ship providing medical missions to less privileged areas of the Caribbean and Central America. A two exam table clinic is currently fitted. Layout is versatile and easily adapted for other uses such as a hurricane relief vessel. This boat was previously used as a passenger charter vessel and could be converted to a deck fishing charter.
The vessel is exceptionally mechanically sound. Both engines start instantly and do not smoke. Engines have been rebuilt and run like sewing machines. Vessel has been professionally maintained by Set Sail Yacht Management. The current captain of approximately seven years along with the engineer is available for details. Several upgrades and updates have been made while a few are left to be done. The steering has been upgraded and fit for sea with duel electro hydraulic redundancy.
Overall the vessel is ready for service, but does not currently meet standards for a COI. It can be operated as a 12 Passenger OUPV due to her 186 ton GRT. The hull has been over plated, so it cannot currently qualify for COI.
The four cabins on the upper deck are intended for professional maritime crew all with ensuite heads. On the mail level there are 2 berthing compartments with heads with 6 berths each. These 2 compartments have been used for the medical staff.
