Motoryacht Cape Heima

Originally built as a fishing vessel in 1969 by the German shipyard 'Evers Werft'. MY 'Cape Heima', formerly 'Charisma', was converted in Denmark from 2005 to 2008 to its current state as a motor yacht with the comfort of a houseboat. This motor yacht is very spacious and comfortable, and due to its practical layout, there is plenty of living space available, making permanent residence on board possible. The current mooring in the harbor of Scheveningen is transferable. During the conversion of the ship from 2005 to 2008, the wheelhouse was replaced (aluminum) and moved forward on the ship, the entire aft deck is now covered and can be closed off with removable tent sections with large windows (renewed in 2022). On the aft deck, there is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, and wine cooler. Under the covered bow on the foredeck is, of course, the anchor installation with storage space and where the dryer is located. Through a beautiful lacquered wooden door on the starboard side, you enter the hallway, from which you have access to the aft with the 2 x single sleeping places, but also passage to the day toilet and entrance to the salon. The salon is connected to the spacious living kitchen. From the salon, a staircase leads to the access to the (living) wheelhouse or down to the forepeak. In the forepeak, there is an extra lounge area that can also be used as an additional sleeping place. In the forepeak, there is the second cabin with a freestanding double bed and en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the ship is equipped with: Fixed wall unit in the salon with integrated drinks bar, Samsung frame TV in the salon, integrated sofa with matching cushions, spacious kitchen with Siemens dishwasher and marble countertop, wheelhouse with a removable desk on the port side, 2 x fixed helm seats in the wheelhouse, Volvo Penta EMC control + steering and bow thruster control on both port and starboard sides of the wheelhouse, direct access from the wheelhouse to a very spacious and open upper deck, various cabinets with lighting, modem for mobile internet on board, central vacuum system, engine room with good accessibility to all technology, tanks with manholes, central heating throughout the ship via radiators, separate Bosch washing machine and dryer (2022), service performed on the Deutz main engine in 2022, flat report from 2022 available. At the request of the seller, an inspection of the ship was carried out by Selles & van Dijk Expertise. This report is available for inspection at the brokerage office or on board the motor yacht.
