"Immanuel" is a beautifully lined, seaworthy, floating houseboat, with a new CVO/CBB certificate. The ship has been completely renovated in recent years into a comfortable houseboat, with plenty of light and space (5.42m wide).
At the front is the living area with a spacious living room, open kitchen, owner's cabin with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a children's/guest room with bunk beds and a separate toilet. Via the stairs, you reach the tea hut, above which is the wheelhouse and at the back a separate living/office area with its own kitchen.
The ship is sold without a mooring.
