Kimball and Benarrosh will operate independently of charter companies to provide clients with completely unbiased advice and support services. Their services are a first in the charter yachting industry.

Long time charter yacht owner, Benarrosh is an authority on international business law, the Commodore of The Moorings Owners Group, a large association of charter yacht owners, and a Coast Guard-licensed Captain. He will assist clients in choosing the right boat type, location, and charter company according to their personal objectives and providing guidance in the contract negotiation process.

Kimball, who authored the "Tax Guide for Business Yachtsmen", will help clients to evaluate the operating results of different charter programs, advise them about choosing income tax planning strategies, and prepare their S corp. and LLC income tax returns at their request.
