New Motoryacht in Greek Charter Market

Atalanta Golden Yachts sends word from Greece that the 115-foot Falcon motoryacht Helios has launched from the shipyard and is available for charter bookings this summer.
Even better, the company says the yacht's owner is "ready to discuss all reasonable offers." The lowest published weekly base rate is €63,000 for 10 to 12 guests.
It's unusual for the owner of a brand-new yacht in a popular charter destination like the Greek Isles to offer price negotiations at all, especially when his yacht is under the command (as Helios is) of a captain with a longtime reputation in the charter industry. Helios is being run by Capt. Antonis Daglis, whom charter clients will remember from the 138-foot motoryacht O'Pari as well as the 129-foot motoryacht Happy Dolphin.
Also worth noting is that the notion of considering reasonable offers aboard this brand-new, 115-foot Falcon motoryacht comes just a week after a competing Greek charter company, Athens Yachts, announced a 30-percent "pre-season" discount for charters this spring aboard a 100-foot Falcon motoryacht that takes 10 guests.
I'd say that if you're interested in chartering a motoryacht in Greece, now is a good time to contact a reputable charter broker. It seems the odds are good that you can score a deal, either on these yachts or on others whose owners are viewing the market similarly.
