What's a dedicated angler to do, when he or she is boat-less? Cry. Whine. Bemoan the horrific situation. Or, maybe just go and get a Sand Blaster Bait Cannon.

It seems that these folks have taken a page out of the pumpkin chunkin' playbook to develop this anchovy artillery. With a whoosh of compressed air they can project pilchards over 300 yards, lob a lobster beyond the breakers in under 30 seconds, and blast bunker with less than 10 minutes of set-up time.

Or, they could just get a boat. Please, guys, get yourself a boat.
