NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. &#8212: Southwest Florida Yachts is looking for charter sailing and power yachts from 35 to 45 feet, according to a press release from the company.

According to Barb Hansen, manager of the company, there are advantages beyond revenue for owners willing to place their vessels in a charter fleet. They include, said Hansen, regular maintenance and cruise-ready-vessel-condition when the owner wants to use his boat.

Founded in 1984, Southwest Florida Yachts bases its fleet of power yachts at Marinatown Marina on the Caloosahatchee River in North Fort Myers. The company?s sailing fleet is located at Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorda. Fleet vessels are also used as live-aboard classrooms for students attending Florida Sailing and Cruising School.
