Attending concerts by boat in the summer is hands down one of my favorite things to do. Picture this: you're cruising on your boat, tunes blaring, wind in your hair, and you're headed to a concert you’ve always wanted to go to - and you don’t even need to buy a ticket. As you approach the venue, you're treated to spectacular views of the water and cityscapes that you just can't get anywhere else. Settling into your cozy boat setup, you're in for a relaxed and comfortable ride. And it becomes not just a concert, but also a shared adventure with your friends and family.

Imagine the stage lights reflecting on the water's surface, creating a magical dance of colors. The music, amplified by the water's natural acoustics, sounds incredible as it envelops you. You've got the freedom to pick your ideal spot, whether it's up close to the stage or finding a serene hideaway where you can enjoy the tunes at your own pace. And let's not forget about dancing – on your boat, you've got all the space (well, some of us with skiffs don’t quite have the space) you need to groove to the rhythm without feeling claustrophobic as teenagers spill their cheap beer on you and scream off key in your ear whilst making blurry Tik Toks. Where can you do this, you ask? Here are some great places across the US to get your boating concert on.
