    1984 Tayana 37 for sale project boat 2011 betamarine 900 hoursGood Condition / Completed WorkSails: Main sail, Genoa, and stay sail are in very good condition.Engine: Has only 900 hours and runs great, "like new."Chain Plates/Knees: Two chain plates and their backing plates have been replaced, and the corresponding knees on the upper shrouds cables have been rebuilt.Standing Rigging: It is 7 years old and is oversized with 5/8" clevis pins and 5/8" turnbuckles. Lower fittings are mechanical Sta-Lok.New Parts on Hand: New Gemlux thru-hulls and valves (all old thru-hulls are removed), new 3x3 Samson posts, new 2" exhaust hose, water lock, and strainer for the engine.Plumbing: New Vetus 1 1/2"$ sanitation hoses are installed.Electronics: Garmin Autopilot and Chart Plotter are included.Auxiliary Power: Two 8 HP outboards are included.Misc: Water heater is installed.Yard Fee: Low at only $340 . Work-in-Progress / Needs CompletionDeck Replacement: Approximately two-thirds of the deck has been replaced (was soft, no original teak). The remaining one-third must be finished.Rigging:Running Rigging: About half needs to be replaced.Spinnaker: Needs some sheets replacement and cleaning.Structural: Two more chain plates/knees need to be finished (you've started them).Samson Posts: New posts are cut and need to be installed.Electrical: The wiring needs to be redone. You have two Blue Sea Systems breaker panels for this.Thru-Hulls/Plumbing: All brand new thru-hulls and valves need to be installed, and the plumbing needs to be completed.Engine: The installation needs to be finished (exhaust hose, water lock, strainer need final setup).Cosmetic: The boat needs new paint.️I have new prop shaft and cutlass.
