    This sailboat has sailed from New Brunswick to the Bahamas and back.  We bought it in Boston in 2022 and sailed her home to New Brunswick that Summer. We then made the necessary upgrades to take her on a one-year adventure to the Bahamas in 2023-2024. - Length 36’, draft 4’6, beam 10,5’, airdraft 55’ (mast 45’ + 10’ to waterline) - Plenty of storage underneath/behind beds, couches, cockpits benches + closets with shelves - Hull has been scraped, sanded and repainted with Pettit unepoxy HRT antifouling (May 2025) - All lights have been replaced with LED lights (2023) - 110 volts shore power system - Perkins 4.108 motor : new seals and gaskets (2025), distribution pump refurbished (2025), starter rebuilt (2025), raw water pump rebuilt (2024), new heat exchanger (2025), new shut off solenoid (2025) - 3 inverters (1 x 2000W, 1 x 2500W, 1 x 1500W) - Sleeps 6, possibly 7 (V-berth 2, quarter berths 2, couch pull out double bed 2, + 1 person can sleep on the other couch if necessary) - Large folding table in salon - Washroom with toilet, sink with fresh water and sea water faucets - (faucets new 2025) and adapter with shower head - Gimbal stove (alcohol and electric) - Large icebox (*We used it for storage. If we were to keep her, here are a few minor repairs we would eventually consider doing (they have been considered in our asking price) : - some paint flaking off walls in certain areas - replace 19 inch tv (still runs, but has a line in the middle – kids used it for gaming)

    Die „Tasman“ ist eine Stichnoth 46 Clipper Cutter, entworfen von Horst Stichnoth und 1992 auf der renommierten Jachtwerf Volharding in Staveren (Niederlande) gebaut. Sie ist ein echter Blauwasserkreuzer, konstruiert für weite Reisen, lange Ozeanpassagen und sichere Weltumsegelungen. Der schwere Rundspant-Stahlrumpf (6 mm, 20 mm am Kielboden), der Langkiel mit Skeg sowie die rund 20 Tonnen Verdrängung sorgen für außergewöhnliche Stabilität und ruhiges Verhalten in schwerem Wetter. Die tiefblaue AWL-Grip-Lackierung und das teakbelegte Cockpit verleihen ihr einen klassisch-maritimen Charakter, der überall auffällt. Zwischen 2023 und 2024 wurde ein sehr umfangreiches Refit durchgeführt. Dazu gehören:• komplette Erneuerung aller Navigationselektronik (B&G Vulcan 12R, HALO 20+, neuer Autopilotverbund),• neue laufende Schoten und Fallen (2024),• diverse Innenraumarbeiten,• vollständige Motorüberholung des Perkins M90 (83 PS),• neue elektrische Verteilung mit Simarine-Überwachung (2024),• neue Solar- und Ladeelektronik,• neue Decksluken (2024),• umfangreiche Werkstatt & Ersatzteile im Vorschiff. Alle wichtigen Systeme wurden auf Zuverlässigkeit und Langfahrttauglichkeit modernisiert. Die Yacht kann sofort zu einer Langfahrt oder Ozeanpassage aufbrechen. Unter Deck empfängt die Tasman ihre Crew mit einem warmen Teakausbau, viel Stauraum und einer Stehhöhe von 1,95 m. Sie verfügt über 800 Liter Diesel und 800 Liter Frischwasser (Edelstahltanks), beide mit modernen Simarine-Füllstandsanzeigen. Die gesamte technische Installation ist sauber, logisch zugänglich und für Langfahrten optimiert. Der vollständig überholte Perkins M90 läuft zuverlässig und sparsam (ca. 4 l/h) und bietet eine Reichweite von ungefähr 900 Seemeilen unter Motor. Die Sturmstabilität, der ruhige Lauf und die solide Konstruktion machen die Tasman zu einem idealen Boot für ernsthafte Blauwassersegler. Das Rigg stammt von Reckmann, im Cutter-Sloop-Layout, inklusive Hood-Segelgarderobe (Rollgroß, Genua, Kuttersegel). Sämtliche laufende Riggingteile wurden 2024 erneuert, zwei Spinnakerbäume sind am Mast montiert. Andersen-Winschen sorgen für effizientes und zuverlässiges Handling. Die komplette Navigationselektronik wurde 2024 ersetzt: B&G Vulcan 12R Plotter, HALO 20+ Radar, B&G NAC-3 Autopilot mit Simrad-Hydraulikantrieb, Garmin AIS 800, B&G V60 UKW mit H60 Funkhandgerät sowie ein NMEA2000-Netzwerk. Damit erfüllt Tasman professionelle Anforderungen an Sicherheit und Situationsbewusstsein. Die Yacht wird aus gesundheitlichen Gründen verkauft und wird vollständig ausgestattet übergeben – inklusive Werkzeug, Ersatzteilen, Sicherheitsausrüstung, Kommunikationssystemen, Dinghy mit Außenborder, Werkstatt im Vorschiff, Haushaltsausstattung und allem, was sich derzeit an Bord befindet. Die „Tasman“ hat bereits mehrere Weltumsegelungen hinter sich und dabei ihre Stärke, Eleganz und Zuverlässigkeit eindrucksvoll bewiesen. Looking for a goodlooking and fast yacht that sails like a dream while not sacrificing the luxuries for on board living? This is your dream boat! She is outfitted for bluewater cruising and has been loved and refitted extensively by the current owners.  This yacht features 6 berths, excellent sailing characteristics, 6 months used Filmless membrane sails suite by Hagoort (2021), full electric cooking (no propane), state of the art B&G instrument suite with 2 B&G Zeus3 plotters, masthead unit, B&G3000, and a new Simrad autopilot. 400Ah 24v battery system with 400watts wind and 350 watts solar power, Mastervolt inverters and chargers, a dinghy and davits, a Spectra watermaker, 6KVa Panda generator and even full boat air conditioning and a washing machine. The aluminum hull of this unique yacht was built by Dutch shipyard “ Maxime Yachts” (in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, NL) and the outfitting of the cosy American cherrywood interior was done by Van der Meijden Luxury Interiors (also Hardinxveld-Giessendam, NL). The salon has a classic and clean look with light alcantara upholstery that matches the woodwork, and cherry and holly floors covered by carpet. The sleek wraparound deckhouse windows brighten the interior and connect you to the outside world. It features a cosy u-shaped sitting area, a full nav station with all the bells and whistles (ia. SSB radio, radar/plotter, Autopilot controls, Navtex, PC, ), and a kitchen (complete with a fridge/freezer, standing fridge, Force 10 electric hob and oven, microwave and dual sink). The owners cabin is located in the front and features a spacious queen bed surrounded by beautiful American cherry cabinets, Alcantara seating and vanity; attached you find a head with a residential size shower, a toilet and sink. The aft cabin features a queen size bed conveniently located underneath the cockpit which makes it a great ‘off-watch’ sleeping place. Additionally, there is a separate pullman cabin with two bunk beds and a day head with separate sink. The cockpit is deep and spacious. Its sheltered by a light grey sunbrella sprayhood and two biminis (all newly built). For the colder nights, the sprayhood can be enclosed into a watchkeeping tent. It features a chart plotter, autopilot and 6 winches  of which 3 are powered. It comes with a 33 kilo Rocna anchor (regalvanised in 2021), 80 Meters of chain and an electric winch for easy lowering and lifting. Kodiak has a “solent” set up with Reckmann furling masthead genoa and solent sail.  The Filmless membrane sails were designed by Dutch manufacturer Hagoort sails in 2021 (similar to 3Di technology) and built specifically for demanding sailors used to racing performance doing a world circumnavigation, showing off details like extra technora fiber reinforcements, a 3rd and 4th reef, backup reef points, orange high visibility trim stripes and were only used between July 2021 and March 2022. with two gennakers and an inner stay sail complete the suite. VAT is paid – Kodiak is registered in the Dutch ship register “ Kadaster” – current location: Curacao (3 years on hard).
