    This sailboat has sailed from New Brunswick to the Bahamas and back.  We bought it in Boston in 2022 and sailed her home to New Brunswick that Summer. We then made the necessary upgrades to take her on a one-year adventure to the Bahamas in 2023-2024. - Length 36’, draft 4’6, beam 10,5’, airdraft 55’ (mast 45’ + 10’ to waterline) - Plenty of storage underneath/behind beds, couches, cockpits benches + closets with shelves - Hull has been scraped, sanded and repainted with Pettit unepoxy HRT antifouling (May 2025) - All lights have been replaced with LED lights (2023) - 110 volts shore power system - Perkins 4.108 motor : new seals and gaskets (2025), distribution pump refurbished (2025), starter rebuilt (2025), raw water pump rebuilt (2024), new heat exchanger (2025), new shut off solenoid (2025) - 3 inverters (1 x 2000W, 1 x 2500W, 1 x 1500W) - Sleeps 6, possibly 7 (V-berth 2, quarter berths 2, couch pull out double bed 2, + 1 person can sleep on the other couch if necessary) - Large folding table in salon - Washroom with toilet, sink with fresh water and sea water faucets - (faucets new 2025) and adapter with shower head - Gimbal stove (alcohol and electric) - Large icebox (*We used it for storage. We used a 12V car refrigerator for our cold food items.) - Kitchen sink with fresh water and sea water faucets (faucets new 2025) - Navigational station equipped with AIS, VHF radio with DSC, AC/DC panel, charge station for Cobra handheld radio - Epirb (2023) - 4 person Platismo liferaft (bought in 2022, never used) - Solar arch (installed in 2023) with 6 x 100W solar panels + 2 side solar panels (also 100W each) + 1 flexible solar panel (100W) at bow to charge windlass battery *All solar panels were bought in 2023 - 4 x 100 amp AGM Renogy batteries (2022) + 1 x 12V @565cca battery to power windlass (2023) - 2 x 6V @640cca starting batteries   - Windlass : Simpson Lauwrence Horizon 1500 (bought used in 2023) - 275 ft of 5/16 galvanized chain (2023) - 55 lbs Mantus anchor with Mantus swivel + 2 extra anchors (CQR style) - Main sail and genoa in excellent condition (have both been inspected and reinforced where needed in 2024) - Raymarine EV-100 evolution wheel autopilot (2023) - 100 litre fresh water bladder (2023) + replaced fill hose (2023) - Macerator (2023) + new Y-Valve (2023) + replaced wastewater hose (2023) + new hand pump (2023) - 18 gallons fuel tank - 2 x 5 gallons diesel jerry cans (yellow) - 1 x 5 gallons gasoline jerry cans (red) - 3 x 6 gallons freshwater jerry cans (blue) - Cockpit equipped with Garmin depth finder, folding table, 2nd station linked to VHF radio - Magma charcoal bbq with sunbrella cover - 2 self-tailing winches - Dinghy davits - New 10 ft BRIS dinghy with aluminum floor bought in 2024 + 9.9 Suzuki 4 stroke outboard EFI (bought in 2023) We are sadly parting with her as we now have other travel plans. If we were to keep her, here are a few minor repairs we would eventually consider doing (they have been considered in our asking price) : - some paint flaking off walls in certain areas - replace 19 inch tv (still runs, but has a line in the middle – kids used it for gaming)

Only Epoxy was used throughout the whole build. The use of each material was chosen as the strongest material for that purpose.  All through-hull and deck fittings are predrilled over size then filled with epoxy, then redrilled to size and filled with sikaflex to avoid penetration of water.All portholes and hatches are made from fibreglass moulds and fibreglassed into Klegicell and Nydaplast. All through-doorways in  bulkheads and frames are reinforced with a thick core of unidirectional fibreglass.On the bottom of the hull are extra layers of double bias fibreglass with a 4 metre x 50 mm mini keel with stainless steel shoe for sitting aground. HULLS Under the water line - 17mm strip cedar with 610 grm double bias fibreglass on each side with cedar frames every meter - 12 sealed compartments from forward to aft beam in each hull and a sacrificial collision bulkhead 300mm deep Above the water line - 6 sealed compartments above the water line in each hull Sides of hulls - 9mm ply with 610 grm double bias fibreglass on the  inside and 200 grm double bias on the outside. - All ply is reinforced with stringers inside 150mm apart. Stringers are  doubled up around stress points such as beams and centreboardBEAMS - End grain balsa 1 forward, 1 centre and 2 aft with heavy glass lay ups  - Beams are largeEye beams with top and bottom 150mm wide DECKS Forward from mast - 17mm strip cedar to account for compression – 610 grm dbl bias Mast to Aft Beam - 20 mm Nidaplast with 4 carbon length-wise mini beams going back to aft beam with 610 grm double bias fibreglass Aft beam to stern 15mm Klegecell with 610 grm double bias fibreglass with 450 gr carbon layover and a carbon mini beam DECKHOUSE  Sides - 20mm Nidaplast with 610 double bias fibreglass Top and Awning - 25mm Nidaplast with 610 double bias fibreglass Underwing - 25mm Nidaplast with 610 double bias fibreglass reinforced with 4 - 100mm length ways beams.
